My pals:

  • Jason McLellan will one day be one of the world’s greatest curmudgeons. For now, he is a super talented illustrator and sketch card artist.
  • Bryan Fowler is a really great fantasy illustrator and painter who’s credits include the comic 5 More Minutes.
  • Tom Davidson draws the self-described “Southern Noir” comic, Circle City Tales and is a hell of a sharp dresser.
  • Sketch Charlotte is nothing but wall to wall cool guys who love comics and conversation. I really look forward to hanging with these fellas whenever they get together.
  • Matthew James Broadhurst is an awesome dude from the UK with a bear arm. His comics are charming and regularly feature penises.
  • Tomi Toivanen is a hard working/hard drinking cartoonist in Helsinki, Finland. His Johnny Lizard comics are available at the very metal Heavy Store.
  • Ammathorn is just maybe my very best friend in comics. Too bad he lives way off in Manila. For really check out his excellent Agent Knuckle comics.
  • Jango Jim draws amazing machine cities from his home in Belgium. He is a frequent contributor to Vice Magazine and illustrator of eye-bending record covers.
  • Boojamon is the British creator behind Do Nothing Rabbit and a cat and some birds with unmentionable names. And a lot of other comics too, check him out.
  • Luke Kennedy draws like Jack Kirby on mushrooms. Beautiful, colorful, explosions of comics with crazy inertia. Also, he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met ever. He’s the creator of Godman and has self-published a comic featuring that lovable bearded rascal.
  • Santobar is a filmmaker, photographer and cartoonist living in lovely Chile. Rumor is he has his own beard.
  • Brandon Lehmann hails from Seattle, WA where he makes innard crushingly funny comics under the moniker Bobby Mono. He has done more for the chicken race than any fake Colonel ever could.
  • Ayal Pinkus sounds like a terrible eye disorder, I know, but it is actually the name of the super talented illustrator and cartoonist from The Netherlands. He and I are Crosshatching Brothers, a form of bonding that makes Blood Brothers look like little girls playing patty cake.
  • Peter Callan comes out of California, but apparently not the sunny part. He makes twisted little pictures with the broken bodies of ballpoint pens.
